    About These Terms

    These terms apply when you use www.daffodilscdc.com or book and use the services of Daffodils Child Development Centre (“Daffodils”). Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

    Our Services

    Daffodils supports children and families through six connected services:
    • Daffodils CDC: Assessment, diagnosis and therapy at our centres in Hyderabad.
    • Daffodils Parent Academy: Parent training, Hanen parent programs, and parent counselling and support.
    • Daffodils Learn: School readiness, learning assessments, literacy tutoring, NIOS curriculum support, shadow teacher training, educator training and early screening programs.
    • Daffodils Global: Online therapy and specialist support for families anywhere.
    • Daffodils Thrive: Therapist-designed play and learning kits.
    • Daffodils Family: A parent support community.

    Appointments and Callbacks

    • Centre appointments: When you book a slot on this website, the appointment is booked at the centre, date and time you choose.
    • Online consultations: When you request an online consultation, we reply by email to schedule a time that suits your time zone.
    • Callback requests: When you request a callback, our care team calls you on the phone number you give us.
    • Other ways to reach us: You can also contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

    Fees, Packages and Financial Assistance

    • Assessments: Assessment fees depend on the disciplines your child’s assessment needs. Complete pricing is shared before you confirm.
    • Therapy: Therapy sessions are billed per session or through discounted quarterly blocks planned around your child’s goals.
    • Financial assistance: Sliding-scale support is available for families in verified financial hardship. Ask our intake coordinator confidentially.

    Insurance Documentation

    Our administrative desk provides itemised invoices, diagnostic coding and clinical progress notes that families can use to claim reimbursement from private health insurance or corporate medical allowances.

    Assessments, Screening and Diagnosis

    • Learning assessments: Learning assessments identify strengths and areas requiring support but do not, by themselves, establish a diagnosis. Formal IQ testing and diagnostic evaluations for a specific learning disorder (SLD) are referred to clinical psychologists at Daffodils CDC when indicated.
    • Early screening: Screening identifies areas that may need further attention. It does not establish a diagnosis or replace a comprehensive developmental or speech-language assessment.
    • Literacy tutoring: The program supports learning skills; it does not automatically constitute a formal diagnosis of dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia or another learning disorder.

    Program-Specific Terms

    • NIOS curriculum support: Daffodils Learn is not an official NIOS study centre, provider or representative. Registration, examinations, official accommodations and certification are subject to NIOS rules and processes.
    • Shadow teacher training: Training completion does not automatically confer a statutory professional qualification or guarantee employment. Role requirements may vary by school and jurisdiction.
    • Educator trainings and masterclasses: Program availability, duration, classroom coaching, follow-up support and attendance certificates depend on the program offered and the arrangements agreed with your school or group.
    • Daffodils Family: Membership of the parent community is subject to verification. School information shared in the community is for guidance, not endorsement; please verify each school’s inclusion practices, support and suitability directly.

    Working With Schools and Other Professionals

    We collaborate with your child’s teachers and other professionals only with your consent.
